      @benbrown I wonder if compressed air would be a good propulsion system here? Unlikely to overshoot and cause collateral damage, fall into a "munitions" category, and could be made easy to recharge and reload with standard hardware. Drones also emit in the 2.4GHz range typically, that might be another good source to lock on to.
