Over a 3 year period as a background #woodworking task a few decades ago now, I made this 104 #drawer #cabinet - with 18 of the drawers hidden in the central section. I specifically wanted to employ a range of colours - far too much cabinetry is mono-coloured.

Looks like an apartment building. So many drawers.

@amenonsen The top was mahogany salvaged from a car boot sale. Walnut drawer fronts for some, no idea the other wood. Oak dividers, Ash frame I believe.

@bomkatt What a thought. Some drawers are a foot deep and 2 inches wide... handmade dovetail joints. And to think I failed woodwork at school.

@NicelyManifest Yes, I am (and after a programming career as well, albeit not nearly as long as yours). I do woodworking and a bunch of other things, but I must say I've never made anything nearly as nice as this (yet!).
