#Trans women / femmes on estradiol. you may want to be aware and let your GP know that the PSA screening test for prostate cancer isn't at all accurate after starting estrogen.
I recently came across this in a UK GIC guidance - see screenshot - and then drilled it back to a large, recent (2024) study. #Trans #Healthcare #Health #PSA
