    If the Cardinals, the Sparrows, and the Robins would shut up! for 30 seconds I might be able to make out which sound it is that the Merlin app indicates is a Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher.

    I really do like Merlin's "Sound ID" option. It's like the Shazam song ID app, but instead of human music, it IDs avian music. I haven't tried playing 4 different songs at once for Shazam, tho.

      BirdNet displays the sonogram and lets you select the section of sound (indiv song) you want it to analyze. Might be better for pulling out one song from the chorus.
