Went to #CrossFit this morning
No rucking today - one of my buddies who works in the machinery of organ donation had this excuse for why she couldn't make it:
"Waiting for a donor to expire to determine if I can ruck or not"
"Donor died, going on perfusion machine, not able to ruck in the AM"
Obviously I'm sorry for the donor and their family, but that's one of the best excuses to skip a workout I've ever heard

@noplasticshower Hell, man, I don't know. If I started driving west right now it would be eight hours before I got there
I'm sure it is something all totally fine and normal and will be handled soberly and with the well-being of all Americans in mind by our current administration
