@britt interesting, does the new machine let you go bigger, or use a different sort of filament? You could just make up an answer, I'd have no idea.

@giflian the build plate is only slightly larger, so size isn’t really much different. The key is speed, virtually zero waste, and multi material printing with new materials.. I imagine that makes no sense but I’m hype

@britt if it's in a storage room, are you still able to ventilate the space? Just curious; I don't know what fumes these things would make.

@giflian it is a bit of a common misconception that 3D printing is toxic. The material I use 95% of the time is PLA, and that’s biodegradable. I don’t print the toxic stuff like ASA/ABS, so no toxic fumes to worry about.
Out of an abundance of caution: I paid for nicer quality printers. My printers are all enclosed with upgraded built-in filtration systems, just in case. I also have additional air purifiers/carbon filtration/airflow. You wouldn’t even know I am 3D printing.
