    How long until the US is regarded in the same way? A society regressively stuck in time.

      @FeloniousPunk Also, is anyone helping Cuba, while the U.S. is embargoing it to death? I know it's so close to the mainland that no aid ship would go undetected, and the U.S. Navy seems intent on firing missiles on boats, but I wondered if any help is getting through to them?

      It's hard to keep track of my own country's current crimes against humanity. Our guy in charge thinks he's a Mob Boss. And he can't even do that role with any competence.

      I really think the U.S. is over, perhaps forever. I read a novel once that had the setting of a defeated U.S. and I found it so implausible at the time. Putin must be ecstatic that he's getting us to destroy ourselves to meet his number one fantasy.
