there is no looming deficit for #nyc if the obscene amounts of billions Giuliani, Bloomberg & the #EpsteinClass made sure the #NYPD swallowed from all city agencies ―and kept unreported with backroom budgets― are given back to the agencies to manage directly.
ie: we need more teachers, counselors and nurses greeting kids every morning, not the NYPD.
billions are funneled to the NYPD, like this.
it needs to stop.
