Could very well be highly skilled workers hiding poor work as good to sabotage.
E.g. the Citroen dip stick or numerous other malicious compliance methods. -

@macbraughton ya I wonder if Ukraine uses the summer to try to launch a major counter offensive, if they would catch Russia out and possibly accelerate a decline.

@chris @macbraughton Why didn't do so earlier then? Because of the sun and temperature? You are quite some expert in warfare it seem but you are wrong. Russia hold those territories and it's all it that it does and send you rockets in mean time. Where did you get this illusion from?
