Missing Person. Clement. He is Indigenous. 5’5”. Black hair brown eyes.
"He was wearing a black ball cap, dark blue puffy vest, grey long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black runners and wearing a black backpack and a lanyard with possibly an ID holder at the end.”
May have taken the ferry from Victoria to Vancouver or Nanaimo to Vancouver on Sunday or this week.
