@Natasha_Jay There are conventional algotithms like suffix trees that can help search through large amounts of data. The thing with conventional computer algorithms is that we've spent decades trying to come up with efficient code, not only that these things are designed to be deterministic and consistent.
AI is really just an expression of tech priviledge and incompetence: "I don't know how to do this better so I'll just waste a load of resources getting an AI to do it"
OR it's "I don't trust experts who take ages to come up with answers that I don't understand, I'll just use AI to get there quicker"
AI is peak capitalism: money, power, and utter stupity
