Okay, so can someone please explain to me why keepandroidopen.com is suddenly trending all of a sudden again? The site claims that the only statement made about allowing users to sideload was an obscure tweet, but I think this official Google blog post from November 12 of 2025 would disagree. It's a lot of generic corprit BS, talking about why they want to implement it, but it explicitly mentions implementing a solution for hobbiests and smaller devs, so...what exactly is the problem here?
