Canada’s Federal NDP is in the midst of a leadership campaign for to elect a new leader. Voting opened today. The three candidates that I prefer happen to be on Mastodon. I voted for them in this ranked order:

1. @avilewis
2. @votetanille
3. @tonymcquailgreenprogressive

While I ranked Avi Lewis first, and love his policies and his approach to the campaign, I very much hope/want to see Tanille and Tony as an *important part* of the renewal that the Federal NDP so clearly needs.

Canada can do better. And a renewed NDP is essential to that happening.
