Government again seeks to make it possible to search, seize small mail | CBC News
The Carney government plans to make legislative changes to allow law enforcement to search and seize Canadians’ mail. The proposed legislative change is buried in the 2026 spring economic update.

Since we can't go after corporate grifters or tax evaders, police need to target the little fish ordering bud or shrooms from BC, presumably.
