@0xabad1dea are you using it with a regular fountain pen? I am worried that the metal bits that make the ink shiny could clog then feeder so I never got any shiny ink

@0xabad1dea@infosec.exchange Ok, something like this would make me want to actually keep a non-digital journal/diary. The effect is amazing, and I'd be willing to spring for a really good one.

@lyrial if you want to use a sheening ink like this, make sure to use a fairly wet fountain pen (a broad nib or one that has flex).
A fine, narrow nib is liable to clog on the thicker substances added to the ink to achieve the shine, and broader, wetter lines are just shinier anyway.
Also, it works better on coated papers (which themselves have a slight shine to them).
