We're excited to announce our first endorsements of 2026!
All three of these candidates have been endorsed by their local Indivisible groups and members, and all are running in Democratic primaries where voters face a clear choice about the future direction of the Party. 🧵
In Minnesota, Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan is running for Senate with a record of delivering transformational progress for families and the opportunity to make history as the first Indigenous woman elected to the Senate. We're proud to endorse Peggy because we know she's up for the fight against fascism.

In NY-10, Brad Lander brings decades of progressive leadership and governing experience, with a track record of winning tangible gains for workers, tenants, and immigrant communities. We're proud to endorse Brad because we know he will meet this moment with the level of urgency and ferocity we need.

In GA-13, Dr. Jasmine Clark has rooted her campaign in accountability, truth, and a commitment to protecting democracy, healthcare, and public education. We're proud to endorse Dr. Clark because her proven leadership is what we need to beat back authoritarianism and deliver for working families.

None of these candidates take crypto money, AIPAC money, or money from any of the funders of fascism.
All three of them represent a move away from the weak, capitulating Democratic Party of the past and toward a new, stronger, fighting Democratic Party that is desperately needed in 2026 and beyond.

Peggy Flanagan has helped deliver real outcomes on child care, education, labor rights, public health and tribal-state relations in MN. She's a coalition builder across geography, identity and ideology. Peggy understands her state and is prepared for the work ahead on day one.
But Chuck Schumer is trying to buy the race for Peggy's opponent, Angie Craig. Craig is backed by Trump’s fascism funders and she voted last year to strip immigrants of their rights and thank ICE agents for their service.

When we’re dealing with fascists in the White House, we need leaders who treat politics as a real fight, not a technocratic negotiation. Brad Lander has spent decades in the trenches doing exactly that.
While his opponent and ultra-wealthy corporate incumbent Dan Goldman was collecting checks from billionaire Trump donors and siding with the GOP to let Trump take billions more in crypto bribes, Brad Lander was fighting for the people of NY. Brad has shown courage and grit in all of his work.

As a scientist, educator, and legislator, Dr. Jasmine Clark has taken on GOP extremism head-on, defending abortion access, voting rights, public health and accountable government even while in the minority.
Dr. Clark is mounting a strong challenge against David Scott, a conservative Democrat in a safe blue district who didn’t even bother to vote in the 2024 election. While voting for Kamala Harris was too much work for him, Scott did join the GOP to formally express gratitude to ICE months ago.

This moment demands a Democratic Party that breaks with politics as usual to take on the authoritarian in the White House and his goons terrorizing our communities. It’s time to turn the page on the Democratic Party that has failed to build the unified opposition this moment requires.

Peggy, Brad, and Jasmine are committed to the fight and will not fold under pressure or manage fascism with caution. And they’ve refused to simply fall in line behind failed Democratic Party leadership — they’re demanding a better party. These are the types of leaders that we need in this moment.
