There are some active #MutualAid bots in here that do help spread the word, such as @mutualaid@fedigroups.social and @mutualaid@ovo.st. Mostly, though, it's crowdfunders sharing their links and boosting each other, while fighting against haters and blockers.

I think mostly other platforms seem to be similar. It's hard to get #mutualaid seen by those who don't themselves have a #mutualaidrequest
