Drone strikes on substations in Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions
Russian occupation forces launched a massive drone attack on energy infrastructure in northern Ukraine. On the night of April 10, 2026, the enemy targeted substations in Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions, as well as in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region. According to observations, the attack marked the first combat use of a new type of strike drone designated 'Geran-4'. The strikes on energy facilities caused temporary power outages in several areas. Local authorities are taking measures to restore the power grid and eliminate the consequences of the attack.
