@CiaraNi @samuel yes, the chip is slightly faster to use usually. It also has better security properties - it's more resistant against fishing due to how it works.
Another very cool thing about it is it works with other websites as a second factor authentication thingie! If they support the "WebAuthn" standard. That I think is a huge plus.
