Had my second Shingles shot this morning. I was fine for most of the afternoon, but holy shit does my arm hurt at the injection site right now

Still, it beats having shingles (been there done that in my late 30s). If you're eligible, get your shots

I got the series a few years ago, the first shot honestly kicked my ass. So I was wary of the second, zero issues. Surprising.

Then I could pay for one at a vaccine clinic!

My husband had his first one a couple of months ago; wow did he have side effect. I told him the same thing, it's better than having shingles.
