It's a new month, so I've started new posts for the daily drawings I'll be working on in the coming weeks.

Playing with a simple growth pattern in today's #inkyDays drawing.

I liked the colors, so I started one on watercolor paper. Then I smeared that, and ruined it. But I liked how the incomplete version looked, and decided to try again with an emphasis on the 'mistake'. And I rather like how this one is turning out.

The path to new artwork is rarely ever a straight line.
