I don't ship updates. I ship upgrades.
Loops beta testers watched me rebuild an app from the ground up - cleaner, faster, with a compose and comment experience much more polished and refined.
Pixelfed app (v4) is the same story. Every pain point addressed. Every rough edge smoothed out.
This is what happens when the people building the app actually use it, and listen to your feedback.
Better. In. Every. Way.

@dansup a few things I noticed with Loops (Web UI, not the app):
1️⃣ when a video is very bright or (almost) white, the icons are hardly visible
2️⃣ I still haven't found a way to directly click/tap on the creator while watching a video from one of the three main timelines, so I have to go via the comments or open the video in a new tab. There's a profile picture of the respective creator on the upper right of the screen, but tapping there does have the same effect as tapping on his username: none
