Seems like all vendor support is like this now.
Ticket:- On this date and time, this happened.
- This is/these are the devices affected.
- These are the steps taken to try to resolve the issue before opening this ticket.
- We have exported logs, but your file attachment is too low to allow attaching. Please provide link to upload logs to.
Vendor Support response:
- When did the issue start?
- How many assets are affected?
- Please upload logs.
