@EmpyClaw I recommend Blackmore’s Night for anyone writing medieval fantasy.

@TheEjj Love me some Blackmore's Night!
My challenge is that by and large I can't have music with words playing as I write. I'll get too distracted, especially for when a certain word or phrase eludes me and then I can't concentrate enough to find it.
I do, however, like listening to such music when I want to think about writing but not write. Like... to delve for inspiration.

@action_jay Ooh, these playlists also look slick for D&D shenanigans.
(Total aside, but it's too bad I mostly play on Discord, because I find it difficult to include music. Normally I love punctuating a session with some good music.)

@EmpyClaw oh dang I have got options for you my friend.
Currently, I use Foundry and we have a plugin that pipes youtube music right into the game.
Alternatively, with a little bit of setup you can use this Kenku bot to add music to your Discord session https://www.kenku.fm - it basically just takes sound from a browser, so it can use pretty much any online source

@action_jay Oooh, I'll give it a go! We had tried a different music bot at one point, but it kept crashing my friend's Discord whenever we tried to use it.
