Poor baby just ate bait.
Why are they so cute? And such a problem?
We really need to manage garbage better so people didn't turn to using bait stations like that one.

@futurebird And the little rat lives on, because we use the birthControl bait. Perhaps, I should have included that fact, but most people know me here for being the ally for rats. I LOVE rats. We spend $$$ to keep our neighborhood wildlife safe from poisons that kill more than just rats.
