      How did these come about? Did the plants just fall out of the sky and land themselves in a hothouse? Or was there some research involved, perhaps at an agricultural research facility?

        @hewer_of_code indoor food grow ops are now providing produce in the north. It's not impossible now. On the other hand I don't make eggnog like I did 40yrs ago. The food system has changed.

              I've worked in horticulture, and some of the operations are pretty sophisticated. This is something else!
