@feliks well first you have to stretch out the legs, then you bend them back, like a book spine. it's the only way to deal with a rare condition where your legs become short and stiff. unfortunately, you will have to walk backward after the treatment and your knees have healed. this can be solved by fully twisting the neck around until you are facing forward again, like an owl.
