@AzulCrescent@tech.lgbt The best thing about coffee addiction is that it only needs about a week to wear off. I regularly go without coffee to reset my body's tolerance to caffeine.

@AzulCrescent yep, that's absolutely caffeine addiction. The withdrawal headaches can be brutal, but after a few days to a week they should go away (based on my experience).

@AzulCrescent I mean, it’s like a day to get over it.

@AzulCrescent a coffee break can also be shared with another drink, like a mint tea or a glass of water. You don't need to all drink the same thing

@da_kink @AzulCrescent I am a bit concerned by the number of "it is only a week, no big deal" comments. Those are unhelpful at best.

@AzulCrescent it is withdrawal, but good news is it only takes a few days to go away if you stop drinking it

The good news is, if you stay off it for a while, your body gets used to the lack of caffeine again. I was drinking Pepsi Max (diet + extra caffeine,) for a medical thing, but when I cut back I was the same way for a couple of weeks. -
