Been off here for a week since my Dad died last Saturday.
He was 83. His diagnoses of Alzheimer's was confirmed just after his death, so what with that and his frailty, his death was somewhat of a release.
Mum died over three years ago which makes me an 'orphan'. Not sure how I feel about that - ask me again later in the year.
Still, I'm ready to face the Mastodon world once more - and it's lovely just to see the great array of tooting from you wonderful people.
