@Jess.Stetson It's a piece of cake. Just have your assistant stand upwind holding a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood to create a wind shelter. He/she has to do it just right so as not to cast a shadow though. Maybe a giant geodesic half-dome made of transparent material would work better. Or, you could just stand there rock still and wait for that half-second per hour when there is absolutely no wind. Follow me for more useless tips!
