Module Usage Documentation can track info about modules on your site. Logging when they were installed/enabled/upgraded. You can also add notes and link to examples.
This would be really helpful to use while building a site so you can remember why a module is installed and how it’s used.
I love the concept, but the UX needs some work. Discussing ideas with the maintainer in this issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/module_usage/issues/3579236#comment-16518162
