Ko-fi better change those content guidelines, then. You shouldn't allow an account to use photos of and belonging to someone else.

Using them without permission is theft of intellectual property."@randulo Almost all companies, esp. social media or shopping, are pushing back against copyright claims like that. When I send DMCA Takedowns to X or FB, for example, they rarely remove the work without a follow-up citation to the law from me.
