    IMO Robert Mueller was a disappointment with respect to holding Trump accountable. While I think he was as full of integrity as anyone could be in the DOJ, his reluctance to charge Trump directly during the special investigations into Trump’s Russian collusion did the nation a lot of harm. Handing his report to Bill Barr was the essentially the same as burying it. He must have known that.

      @drahardja The whole “it’s the justice department’s standing operating procedure not to charge a sitting president” thing is absurd and needs to go.
