The federal government is now *requiring* trans inmates to undergo conversion "therapy," which the UN has recognized as a form of torture.
Multiple Republicans in Congress have introduced bills to ban trans people from being in public, most notably Mary Miller's HR7661.
And meanwhile Gavin Newsom pals around with the people pushing this and says we need to be more "culturally normal."'
