@eclectech @35millimetre Omg. I love the Thursday Next ones more than all the others, and there’s a final one of those coming out in September. 💔 I have it on preorder.

@clarissawam @35millimetre Although I slightly prefer the Chromatacia books, the Thursday Next ones are awesome too - definitely one of my favourite authors. Very much looking forward to the new one.

This is the whole plan for spring, honestly.

@eclectech I saw a little boy sitting in a monster's open mouth as he reads a book.

@courtneysammis Yay! He is ace. I didn't do the sleuthing, unaware of it until looking it up just now 😆 I'm still astounded that Red Side Story had been out for over a year before I found out about it, I have no idea how that can have happened. I swear I was checking regularly for the first decade after Shades of Grey!

@Schafstelze just because it’s excellent. This is a sequel to ‘shades of grey’, which was published about a decade and half ago (not so dissimilar a time to that other very different shades of grey), and many of us had been waiting eagerly for it even since. It was finally published in 2024, but if you missed that, you might have given up actively looking!
