      @silvermoon82 I hate how you Basically have no choice, but I also think No Agreement longer than 1 Paragraph should be agreeable to without a signature written in Ink.

      Maybe AGPL should be the cut-off.

        @silvermoon82 They should be required to highlight the changes, what was removed and what was added. A legal .diff

          So if I ignore this long enough, will Samsung stop running their crapware on my phone? Like, if I don't give them permission do they believe they have to stop?

            @StarkRG
            Yes, exactly! A diff of the legalese, and a human readable explanation.

              @silvermoon82 No, it just means that the illusion of consent is broken.

                @silvermoon82 The sad part is Samsung is far less intrusive than Google and Apple. More people are running Dex due to memory and drive gouging from #TechBros now.

                  @silvermoon82 @StarkRG I have my bank account with a credit union and they actually do that diff+explanation thing whenever they change their terms of service (which happens once every couple years, the changes aren't very large). I appreciate it very much. If a local credit union can do it, then it should be considered reasonably possible for every company, and should be legally required.
