In protest, public sector workers on the island launched a general strike, which had never occurred before in Korea https://stories.workingclasshistory.com/article/7710/3.1-shooting-incident

@workingclasshistory hi! Is there a reason your website refuses to run without JavaScript?

@workingclasshistory sorry for the late reply! What I mean is, I have JavaScript disabled on my browser (via uBlock) and all I see is this empty page.

I can see the article when I enable JavaScript, but given the page is mainly text (and doesn't need to be interactive like a webapp) I would have expected the text to be visible even without having to run JavaScript in my browser

@badrihippo Hi, I'm not a techie person I'm afraid. But our Stories app is an interactive webapp. So it only works in the way that it works, if you see what I mean. If you block the types of code which are necessary for it to function, then it doesn't work.
