Need a PDF viewer/editor that has a proper dark mode option. Not just for the menus, but for editable PDFs.
Basically looking for an app that works like the Firefox extension doqument.
Needs to:
- Work on Windows.
- Be free.
- Ideally be open source (or open sauce).
- Not be some kind of malware.
