We spent a few hours clearing debris, and bagged a van-load of trash. I don't want to mess up my sleep, by napping this late.. but I feel it coming..

Not great, another 14 hour day. The money is cool and all but my free time is more valuable to me...Sounds like the clean up is moving along.

We have a sticky situation. The owner of the house, is the brother, he was willed it, with his sister, who married and lived there. He's pissed,
the house is a write-off, and the debris would take $1000s to clear up. We've picked, separated, bagged and driven 70 bags to the dump. And at least that my Blue bags for recycling, the bags alone at 34 cents each.
The owner never checked on the house, no one knew it was this bad. -
