60ml tea-infused gin (infused 180ml for 5 minutes)
22.5ml lemon juice
15ml simple syrup (2:1)
1 egg white
Shake without ice
Shake with ice
Double strain
Garnish with lemon peel
Simple and good. Here I used a smoky earl grey which turned out really nice and unique
