@midendian
Yeah. Even without the amusing camera tilt, Ripley Street falls into the "believe it or not" category.It's like someone said "Oh let's put some housing up here so when people park their cars out front they can open up the door and tumble down the road at high velocity."
-
I know what you did.

@BobHorowitz Tipsy? SF, you’re drunk!

@BobHorowitz luckily he’ll be replaced by AI, just like the horses were.

@TheEddieShow
While I was taking this picture I met someone who lived in the house right behind where I was standing. For 47 years she's been walking up and down that hill, to and from a bus stop at the bottom. Probably has great arteries. -

@BobHorowitz
Some people are really living into house with this situation, i.e soil collapse after mining activities.
We did a radio report inside one of this kind of house with 80 yo people living in it for decades. -
@BobHorowitz @GhostOnTheHalfShell I hope those houses don’t have pools….

Sure, the backyard is down 3 flights of stairs and the driveway leans considerably to the left... But being higher than our downhill neighbors means the views are awesome.
** If the retaining wall in the backyard collapses one more time I may change my mind.

This is a *story* (or point of view to be more grounded
) I really would to hear, discuss and record in a radio broadcast purpose -
