My opinion is that, in FOSS' world, when people needs to choose an Office suite the comparison is made between LibreOffice and ONLYOFFICE... that's why I've made this Poll.

I thought she meant she blocked the OnlyOffice account. Your poll did not feel like a advertisement for OnlyOffice to me.
Now, I would not use OnlyOffice either, but to me, the question was more of a "Do you prefer online solutions to local solutions?" than a "Do you prefer AI-slop or LibreOffice?"

Collabora Online is another alternative I've heard about. Never used it though. I write everything in markdown
At least, they have the common decency of using "AI" only in the word AvAIlability
