Jumping on this hash tag. “Fairy Tale”, by Stephen King. Written for a future TV series…a long tale about boy willing to risk it all so that he can avoid putting down an aging dog…somewhere slipping into Hunger Games plot line and physically changing into a blond, blue eyed prince. Since it’s Stephen King you’ll get the gory scenes and some fun setup, followed by thick middle stuff then tied together b/c there were publisher deadlines and novel weight constraints.
Spoiler: the dog lives.

#ScribesAndMakers 17: Creative habit you've wanted to adopt?
More 20 min sprints!
I want to spend more time on Blender, Reaper, andFCP (paid for, but barely used)

Any time heavy screen time endeavours are energy draining after working all day in front of another screen.
Tackling a fun screenwriting project with a friend has progressed only b/c I make a daily habit to do 20 min sprints, and have weekly story brainstorming meetings in person.
If I implemented a similar 20 min daily sprints and in person showcases for other wannabe projects I would be immensely further down the road than trying half ass Herculean reps every couple of months.

#ScribesAndMakers Mar 18 - If your creative work could speak, what would it say about you?
So you like punk rock uhn? The effort and talent speaks for itself…at least you have the enthusiasm!

#ScribesAndMakers ~ Mar.21 - What everyday object would you photograph as if it were art?
… if you don’t learn about plumbing when you’re young…you’ll eventually learn about plumbing regardless. There are mini parts in a faucet tap, like a cartridge, that have gaskets that do wear and tear from use. There is the pressure of constant water from indoor copper pipes at “the door” waiting for a human hand to grasp finger friendly but retro style protrusions of fabricated metal with brass brush styled handle to turn an ingenious valve to welcome strong stream of clean municipally treated safe water. What some people a 100 years ago would envy as miraculously amazing and merciful blessing with manual temperature control. Safe, clean, indoor water source controller.
So yeah, these cartridges are a pain to replace so some people just trash and replace the fixture if it starts to annoying drip.
