which means I get to once again answer the question "have you ever coughed before"@emily Yes! My favorite: have you ever been confused? (Yes, I had trouble understanding first year calculus 40 years ago.) I often wonder whether they intentionally make these forms ambiguous or if they just delegated the form creation task to some clue-deficient person.
