U.S. Tech is using it to fight back against the sovereignty trend.Here's some PR work being delivered on behalf of some #TechBros that also references SASE. The other marketing hype that U.S Tech firms will be using is "on premises solutions", hoping to stop the trend of technology replacement. Essentially they are attempting to give more local (sovereign) control over the data which means there's no need to change your application. Not sure that will work long-term.

There doesn't appear to be any concern about preferring USA #TechBros versus supporting Canadian technology. But on a positive note they are also encouraging potential new data centre operators to build gas turbine powered electric generators to supply their own power needs, thereby supporting Alberta's fossil fuel industry. It's a win-win for anyone who doesn't breath...
