Wisconsin is consistently ranked as the "drunkest" state in the US, with roughly 24.2% of adults reporting excessive drinking—significantly higher than the national average. Wisconsin often dominates rankings due to deeply ingrained cultural factors and high rates of binge drinking, with cities like Milwaukee frequently ranked for high alcohol consumption.
