-- thoughts? I've always worried about having to pony up for CCTS. While I think they're a good lever for consumers, I worry that an ISP as small as mine could be wrecked just by admin fees.

@mWare Thoughts on the CCTS issue.
- That all teleom providers be forced to be a "member" of CCTS upon receipt of first complain is pretty established policy.
This is an old document from 2017 indexed by google, bit could not find it via CCTS Web site:
https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/PSP-Guide-June-2017-v2.pdfThe $10 revenue treshold os long ago established. Suspect still valid. And suspect those are Telecom Operating Revenues. (they speak of applicable revenues).

@mWare In your case, the revenues you earn from climbing towers to fix antennas/radios *should* not be included in the applicable TOR since no part ofthe ISP service you provide to public. (unless you have your own last mile to serve customers).
Considering CRTC started a consultation on this, I would have thought the notice of consulation would point to a currentd document that has the full fee structure.
Remember that CCTS is a "last resort" after customer couldn't solve it wih you.

@mWare Part of complaining to CCTS involves the consumer providing evidence they tried to resolve unsuccesfully with the ISP before. But once you have your first complaint you are hooked to paying the membership fees for rest of your life even if no more complaints happens. (not quite fair).
I shall try to find authoritative information on CCTS fees when Ontario re-opens on Tuesday.

@jfmezei I'm mostly curious about your opinion on the matter tho.
