    Interesting that Apple chose to compare their brand new M5 CPU family to the M1, and not to the M4.

    Not that I’ll be purchasing any Apple laptops, mind you. The OS experience and lack of repairability (and more significantly the lack of upgradeability) has completely turned me away from their offerings.

    When I was using Windows, macOS was the “dark side.” Now I understand that BOTH are, and Linux and open-source are the light.
