transracial in its intended sense referred to people who were adopted and raised by parents of ethnicity different than theirs
the definition youre talking about, while it applies to its use described by till, is not what is supposed to meant and ive seen some (albeit minor) pushback to stop calling people like oli london transracial because it erases the actual transracial people
