Someone somewhere has done a viral TikTok of an amazing cauliflower recipe that is EASY but AMAZING. Something where a few swift moves transforms it into something that makes my family love me again. If I see one more suggestion to cook it whole I will run into the ocean. I DON'T WANT A WHOLE ONE. I'm naturally inclined to make it a curry, but we've had a lot of that recently. I want something previously not conceived of. Hitherto inconceivable. Like a sort of Korean banquet from some beans and a cauliflower that takes 30 minutes. But French. And also..... Mexican. And Italian somehow?
